[edit] External links
- Stop Terrible Human Over Population Disasters (eCards website to limit human population growth)
- WiseArt Cybernetics (On-line artistic slideshow about limiting human population growth)
Hallo Joyous! I have a question about your message: You ask me not to add inappropriate external links to wikipedia. When I compare the 2 links I added to other existing external links on certain webpages, I see that the 'appropriate' links (i.e the ones you leave alone), are also links to external -third party- organisations, such as our European organisation (STHOPD) is too. Our non-profit organisation works with volunteers and stands for certain principles which are similar to the 'appropriate' organisations on the webpages concerned, such as: Decreasing human overpopulation in an ethical way, having no children, warnings about the worldwide consequences of overpopulation such as the destruction of ecosystems. Please explain to me what would make our links appropriate. Friendly regards, 213.84.166.83 18:33, 21 January 2007 (UTC) MetaMouse.

I see you have reverted this vandal. Could you take a look at A Moose for Jessica. This vandal is inserting made-up nonsense which does not appear in the book. IPSOS 00:04, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Rhydin page deletion
I was just curious to know why the Rhydin page was deleted. I found it helpful in explaining to people new to RP what it all was and where it was taking place. In addition to an explanation (to satisfy my curiousity) was also hoping it could be recovered and if so, if you could be convinced to set it up again.

[edit] Kiwi Foo Camp
The authors of this page, which you deleted, have re-added it for the second or third time. Seems to a group of users: [1]. Welcome your attention on this issue. Saganaki- 07:21, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
No, not a group of users. You could just ask, Saganaki. I added the page with the initial copy as a placeholder for a work in progress so that others could fill in with further details and sources. I'm not sure what's going on here, but the reasons for deletion change constantly. Would appreciate some actual clarification as to why anonymous Wikipedia users object to the article (no, not just "it's spam! soapboxing!" and so forth). Thank you. --Juha 07:54, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

- If you believe that this edit was a bit of vandalism to revert, then you clearly don't have a grasp of what is and what is not appropriate in an article. Joyous! | Talk 17:48, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Please refrain from creating article that lack reliable source. We don't need every-on-off joke ever created documented. - brenneman 02:16, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Well, that was embarrasing. Sorry, please ignore me while I go and extractthis foot from my mouth...

[edit] Hello there.
Hello there, I am wondering why you took off my page on the Arthrogryposis site? If you click on the site you will see that I am not self promoting but offering more help for people to learn! I am not trying to criticize your editing efforts, because I think that it's great people are on here doing these sorts of things. But my entire life is about helping people, not wanting things for myself. And the entire scissor gait article that you changed, I added a BIO about my site and project because I have sent it to people in the medical profession that are now taking notice of it. I am the only person out there that uses this style of walking to help improve their quality of life and independence. So please check out the link that you deleted. I did add it back because it is there to help. go to my web site to observe for your self. www.projectscissorgait.2ya.com

[edit] Deleteme!
Could you explain why the Deleteme article keeps getting reverted to a folksonomy-only article, and removal of the so-called "Flickr trivia" takes place ?
Should we add a different reference, and, if so, what and how ?

[edit] Conservative Press
I apologize for posting my article with the title "conservative press" and I agree with your decision to delete it. Wikipedia is very clear about what it is not, specifying that it is not a place for primary publication of original research, words, etc. Thank you for upholding the high standards that Wikipedia has set.

[edit] Speedy deletion of Talk:Adam Lewis
A tag has been placed on Talk:Adam Lewis, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
I have proposed the redirect for deletion as other Adam Lewis articles are waiting to be created. If you feel the need to contact me please feel free. Gibmetal77 14:48, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

I just thought I'd let you know that I'm on to your deep dark secret. I know that you know something that you don't want other people knowing. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.29.74.132 (talk) 21:24, 18 March 2007 (UTC).

PS. I never realized atheists (of which I am also one, officially going on 38 years now) are such a potentially endangered species. In the States anyway. Gives me the willies... AB/PB (Oops, almost forgot to sign properly - AncientBrit 23:25, 21 March 2007 (UTC))
