オルハン・パムク（Orhan Pamuk, 1952年6月7日 - ）はトルコの作家。イスタンブル生まれ。イスタンブル大学ジャーナリズム学科卒業。
1982年に『ジュヴベット・ベイとその息子たち』で文壇デビュー。オルハン・ケマル文学賞を受賞する。1985年の『白い城』が西欧諸国で翻訳され、世界的知名度を高める。 実験的な手法で小説を書いている。また作風は内省的なものが多い。コロンビア大学客員教授（1985年 - 1988年）、中東言語文化学科教授就任（2006年 - ）。2006年度ノーベル文学賞受賞。
