フレッド・ハリディ（Fred Halliday, 1946年 - ）は、イギリスの国際政治学者。専攻は、国際関係論、中東研究。

ダブリンで生まれ、オックスフォード大学、ロンドン大学オリエント・アフリカ学大学院で学ぶ。現在、ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス（LSE）の国際関係論教授。
