Kerry Mayo (born September 21, 1977) is an English footballer who currently plays left back for Brighton & Hove Albion.
Mayo joined the Seagulls in 1996 and the Football League One side remain the only club he has ever played for. Mayo has maintained a regular first team place at Brighton for many years now, staying with the club through thick and thin, and playing a total of 303 games for Brighton and scored 11 goals (as of the end of the 2004-05 season), including 6 goals in the 1997-98 season.
Mayo is one of only a handful of players to have played for the club at 3 different home grounds, The Goldstone Ground, The Priestfield Stadium and the Withdean Stadium.
Kerry Mayo's wife is also named Kerry, leading to the chant "Two Kerry Mayo's, there's only two Kerry Mayo's" (ref Shit Ground No Fans by Jack Bremner).
In 2003 Kerry briefly entered the world of catering, producing his own brand of Mayonnaise, but attempts to get the product into local shops failed.
