Krivogaštani (Macedonian: Кривогаштани) is a municipality in western Republic of Macedonia. Krivogaštani is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found.

The municipality borders Kruševo municipality in the west, Dolneni municipality in the north, Prilep municipality in the east, and Mogila municipality in the south.

According to the last National census from 2002 this municipality has 6,150 inhabitants.
Ethnic groups in the municipality include:
- Macedonians = 6,126
- Roma = 8
- Serbs = 6
- others = 10
The remaining minority comprised Romani and Gagauzi (ethnic Turks), particularly in the village of Presil where in 2001, the entire Turkish population of the village was expelled from their homes in an indirect measure aimed at defying ethnic Albanian resistance. Following the ceasefire later the same year, most of the inhabitants returned.

The main village is along the main route from Prilep to Kruševo. The villages currently within this district include Bela Crkva, Obršani, Vođani, Ruvci and Krušeani.
