Zelenikovo (Macedonian: Зелениково) is a municipality in central Republic of Macedonia. Zelenikovo is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found.

The municipality borders Studeničani municipality in the west, Petrovec municipality in the northeast, Čaška municipality in the south and Veles municipality in the southeast.
