LEPretrieval

The Lower Elements Police retrieval team, better known as LEPretrieval is a fictional search and find branch of the Lower Elements Police in the Artemis Fowl series of children's books by Irish author Eoin Colfer.
Retrieval's most elite unit is LEPretrieval One, led by decorated fairy, Major Trouble Kelp who appeared in book one. It was also mentioned that LEPRetrieval 's "number one" is Captain Vein. It is said that every young fairies' dream is to join LEPretrieval One and don the stealth black jumpsuit. Highly trained as they were, the fairies were easily "removed" by Butler.
Retrieval made many appearances throughout the series. Their job is to perform mind wipes to Humans / Mud Men who may have seen a fairy, "retrieve" rogue fairies, stop trolls who have made their way to the surface and other various tasks.
