Northland Communications Corporation, which does business as Northland Cable Television, is an American company providing cable television, cable telephone, DVR, and broadband services to customers in Alabama, California, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington. Its corporate headquarters are in Seattle, Washington and a divisional office is in Statesboro, Georgia. [1] It has over 300,000 subscribers.[2]

They will not send you a bill if you are prepaid through-out the month. Even after asking in writing.

The Statesboro Office will not give you a bill when turning in your cable box and cancelling service. After receiving a bill a month later as if we were still connected, we were told that the cancellation order had not been processed (after a month?) and that the bill would eventually be adjusted. This scenerio went on again and again for 3 months. Finally,in March,once again we called to try to resolve this and find out what we actually owed for a partial month since we cancelled. The cancellation order STILL had not been processed!! The Statesboro office apologized and said that the account balance would be ZERO since we have had so much trouble with the billing and cancellation. Today, 4/05/07 we received a notice from a collection agency. What kind of ignorance is running Northland Cable's Statesboro, GA Office????!!!!
