Kertu3 has only 6 contributions in Wikipedia - 2 of them in 18 February, when he started his wikilife accusing others of sockpuppetry (strange for a newbie!, it seems he knows a lot about editing problems in Wikipedia!) and other 4 today when he vandalized Transnistria article. While my main suspicion is that Kertu3 is a sockpuppet of User:Pernambuco (I made a separate report), I also suspect Buffadren to use this sock in order to breach 3RR, as the edits are similar and Buffadren had already 3 reverts when Kertu3 appeared. Evidence of vandalism and breaching 3RR: 29 March 08:52, 29 March 13:41, 29 March 13:58, 30 March 00:24, 30 March 00:28, 30 March 00:50.
One of my old suspicion is that Buffadren is a sock of old sockpuppeteer User:Mark us street which I discovered in December 2006 [1], his IP was blocked for a month and after that Mark us street claimed he retired from Wikipedia and Buffadren appeared imediately after the one-month block of Mark us street was over, with similar behaviour as Mark us street.
