- Code letter: E.
Suspected use of single-purpose sockpuppet account/s to subvert the 3RR. Both accounts share identical opinions, contribute rambling, badly-written, verbose prose, selectively mis-quote sources, are argumentative and have been colluding to insert eccentic POV into Ambient music, Space music, New Age music and related articles.
- Diff 1 (Parzival418): 08:40, 7 March 2007
- Diff 2 (Parzival418): 09:32, 7 March 2007
- Diff 3 (Milomedes): 10:17, 7 March 2007
- Diff 4 (Milomedes): 10:32, 7 March 2007
The puppetmaster is also strongly suspected of owning numerous other additional single-purpse sockpuppet accounts, all of which have been used to edit the same group of articles, in exactly the same manner as described above. Gene_poole 11:29, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
Further evidence:
- This diff (best read in context with all other posts on Parzifal418's talk page) is one of several instances where Milomedes and Parzifal418 discuss planned collusion to support each others' identical POV. The verbose, congratulatory, me-too tone, and identical writing style of these posts is an obvious sockpuppetry indicator. --Gene_poole 22:29, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
Clerk note: Moved lengthy reply from User:Milomedes to talk (you're welcome to re-post a comment, here, but please try to be brief). In his/her comment, Milo also requested that the following users be added to the check:
- In addition, User:Doktor Who added a checkuser template with his/her own username entered -- if this was intentional, please explain why when/before replacing it. Thank you. – Luna Santin (talk) 04:52, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

- User:Doktor Who is yet another editor that may have been accused of being a sock by Gene in the above mentioned talk music pages; possibly because I've supported Doktor Who on other issues, not sure. English is a second language for User:Doktor Who so he sometimes uses just templates and links to communicate. Please add him to the "suspected sock" list.
- Also, if possible, please add this 122.168.20.45 IP that deleted a section of Space Music about a half hour after the RR's Gene is complaining about above. (diff).
- While we're at it, I suggest adding User:Gene Poole himself to the "suspected" list. Milo 10:27, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

- The clerks apparently hadn't finished with organizing the additional checkuser requests, so if Milomedes, Parzifal418, Anynobody, Sahajhist, and Sfacets are IP-unrelated, were Doktor Who, 122.168.20.45, and Gene Poole also unrelated to each other and the entire group of users? Or do the latter three remain entirely uncheckusered? Milo 03:21, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
Checkuser is not for fishing. Your original hypothesis wasn't supported by the data so I stopped. If you believe you can justify further checks on their individual merits, you may make another request. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 22:43, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
Subsequent requests related to this user should be made above, in a new section.
