Richmond SC is an Australian football (soccer) club from Richmond, an inner eastern suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The club was formed in 1954 and plays in the Victorian Premier League. The club has historically been associated with Melbourne's German community.
The colours of their logo, yellow and black, are the sporting colours associated with Richmond, and specifically the Richmond Tigers Australian Rules football club. Despite their logo, the team's home strip is white and black.
Spectators keen on supporting the club vocally meet at the Heyington Bridge End of Kevin Bartlett Reserve at all home games. All people are welcome. The Heyington Bridge End is home to newly formed groups such as the Heyington Bridge Crew and the Richmond Service Crew. They gather together to partake in banter with the opposition, other spectators and themselves while sipping and eating the unique beverages and food the club has to offer.
