Sjoukje Rosalinde Dijkstra (born January 28, 1942 in Akkrum, Netherlands) is a former figure skating champion. She became World Champion three times and won Olympic gold in 1964 in Innsbruck, the first time an athlete from the Netherlands won gold at Olympic Winter Games.
