Stephen Curry is a Melbourne-based comedian who has appeared in many television drama and comedy series, and in feature films.
Roles include the 1997 film The Castle, The Nugget, Take Away, and Thunderstruck (2004). Between 2004 and 2005 Curry had a regular role in drama series The Secret Life of Us.
Curry is friends with television host Rove McManus and has been a guest on Rove Live on several occasions.
In 2005 and 2006, he appeared in several Toyota Memorable Moments advertisements featuring Australian rules football celebrities Wayne Harmes, James Hird, Peter Daicos, Dermott Brereton, Malcolm Blight and Alex Jesaulenko, with fellow comedian Dave Lawson.
Curry is currently preparing to portray Graham Kennedy in a telemovie examining Kennedy's life. The role requires Curry to lose 15 kilograms.
Stephen also appeared in one of the finalist films of the Sony Tropfest of 2007. He appeared in the film 'Pig Latin'.
