I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Good Evening, Mr Steve. Thank you very much for Ukranian1346.gif you have placed in Wiki. All our Ukrainian Internet community wishes you all the best for this file. But there is a problem of usage - noone is able to use it cause there are no any LEGEND or DATA or explainatons about the percentage of Ukrainians which is very necessary in usage of image. There are only colours - yellow and red without any explainatoins. Would you mind giving us a link of that image from directly http://factfinder.census.gov or doing something to show real numbers in PERCENTAGE of Ukrainians or any direct DATA. Thank You. Exuse me for Broken Engklish - in Ukraine I cant find a good field for using it... ould you mind responsing me, pleeese in alkur@.com.ua.
