"Stricken" is a hard rock song by Disturbed. It was the second song released from Ten Thousand Fists, the band Disturbed's third album, but was the first official single from the CD. It was released on October 4, 2005. It was a frequently played song on the radio and very high requested. The song was the theme song for WWE New Year's Revolution 2006. The song is said to be about "those moments when someone comes into your life and it's almost as if you've been afflicted with a disease you can't get rid of, thats devastating and debilitating," in the words of David Draiman.
The music video for this song was filmed in an abandoned hospital in which a scene from A Nightmare on Elm Street was taken.
