I live in Skillman, New Jersey and am a student at Montgomery High School. My academic interests include political science, history, and english, as well as many of the other humanities. I am especially attuned to social issues of the day, and have much interest in politics worldwide. Outside of school, I tend to play video games, watch television, play one or two sports, and travel around New Jersey.
[edit] Wikipedia and Me
I have had much interest in Wikipedia since first learning of it. I feel there is much to admire in its premise as an encyclopedia that anyone can edit; besides being one of the most democratic encyclopedias on the internet, Wikipedia's freedom allows it to cover many topics that a conventional encyclopedia would not discuss. As I gain expertise with Wikipedia, I plan to contribute more to the project. At this point, though, I find myself often making minor changes to articles. Being something of a writer, I always attempt to offer conciseness in wording, and perfection of phrasing. For this reason, I may edit pages that I otherwise would not be able to improve, due to a lack of knowledge on the subject. In any case, though, I look to do what I assume many Wikipedia users hope to: improve the encyclopedia as a whole, page by page.

Recently, I have been adding or editing content related to roads and bridges in New Jersey. At the moment, for instance, I am working extensively with articles about Washington Crossing Bridge and the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge.
