Super Famicom Wars (スーパーファミコンウォーズ, Sūpā Famikon Wōzu?) was released by Nintendo on May 1, 1998 for the Super Famicom. The successor to Famicom Wars, it has more maps and enhanced graphics and sounds. It also added 4-player battles, COs, fog of war, and other features.

- Ability: The AI of Ronfosso is a bull-headed charger who will try to back the player up against the wall early in the game. His recklessness tends to leave his units vulnerable to counter-attacks.

- Memo: His motto is "our people are protectors," but he is a coward.

- Ability: The opposite of Juan Ross, Hetler is extremely passive. He only sends a few units to attack while leaving the main body of his army behind to defend his HQ.

- Memo: Undescribably strong... Her nickname is Lucky Girl.

- Ability: Her units can inflict higher damage on some occasions.

- Memo: He's the son of a millionaire and very wealthy. He likes war games.

- Ability: Gets 10,000G every day + the normal income provided by the number of buildings under his control.

- Memo: He is a legendary general who had no defeats. The people who help him are in an elite group.

- Ability: Every unit deployed starts off with Level+2 Experience, making his units 140% in Offense. The best, but also the most unbalanced, CO of the entire game.
