Grunge music

Grunge Music or Seattle Sound (as it is called sometimes) is a style of rock music that incorporates elements of punk rock and heavy metal. It was developed in the early 1980s on the Pacific Northwest of the United States (which includes the states, Washington, Oregon, and Northern California) popularized in the early 1990s and often marked by lyrics exhibiting nihilism, dissatisfaction, or apathy. Some well known Grunge Artists are:
