The Days of the Phoenix is a 2001 EP released by AFI. It is now out of print. It contains two songs from The Art of Drowning and one previously unreleased track, "A Winter's Tale". 500 copies of this EP were released, making it a very a rare EP. "A Winter's Tale" can also be found on the AFI retrospective. The band made a video for the song "Days of the Phoenix". The video was shot in 14 Below, a music venue in California.
