The Leaf Of Revival (Japanese: 復活の葉, - Fukkatsu no ha) is the fourteenth episode of the anime series D.Gray-man.

A girl asks her father if he is going to go out again in spite of the winter storm outside. He tells her that he is and that she can stay in the inn if she likes. She refuses and insists that she will go with him. Meanwhile, Allen just finishes eating his large portions of food, which Lavi finds amusing. The Bookman explains that parasite-type exorcists need to replenish their energy more than others. Buzz then walks by and informs Allen that Komui wants to see him. Arriving at Komui's office, the exorcist is dismayed to find Kanda there as well. The Head Officer gives them their mission: In a snow-bound mountain, there is a village that is having strange weather phenomenon. There will be a snowstorm that is followed by hot winds. Suspecting an Innocence may be involved, he orders the two exorcists to investigate. As they are about to leave, Lavi and Bookman stop them since they got permission to come along as well. During the train ride, Lavi is telling Allen a story and gets offended when the latter falls asleep. In retaliation, he draws on Allen's face with a marker and proceeds to cause more mischief to Kanda. After a few minutes, Kanda wakes up from his nap to find the Bookman's apprentice braiding his hair and immediately attacks him with his katana.

They then arrive at their destination and meet a Finder named Michael. Even though the others think that they should wait until the snowstorm dies down, Kanda insists on going since they have a job to do. He tells Allen sarcastically that he can make snowmen with Lavi if he wants to stay behind. Refusing to be beaten by him, Allen also decides to go so everyone has to follow as well. Walking for a while, they encounter the girl and her father who are unconscious. Allen, Lavi, and Bookman decides to take care of the two by taking them into a local inn while Kanda and Michael decides to continue on their search. After checking on them, the exorcists talk to the innkeeper who tells them that the travelers are searching for the "Leaf of Revival." Bookman then explains that it is based on a Norse mythology; apparently there is a leaf that can revive anyone who does not die from natural causes. The innkeeper, however, believes that the weather always worsens whenever there are people searching for the Leaf.

The next day, Allen and Lavi prepares to leave and continue their search for the Innocence while Bookman stays behind at the inn. The snowstorm has ended, but a gust of hot air is blowing through the area. Allen suggests that they should follow direction of the hot wind, which he believes will lead to the Innocence. As they are about to leave, Elda, the girl whom they saved, and her father also leave in the same direction - the forest. Seeing them ski their way around the area, Lavi suggests that they should do the same. Unfortunately, Allen is not a good skier and ends up falling into the ground in front of Elda and her father. After getting back up on his feet, he warns them not to enter the forest, but the father accuses them of trying to retrieve the Leaf for themselves. Allen disagrees and tells him that they are exorcists who are in charge of destroying Akuma. Elda's father scoffs at the idea of Akuma, but Lavi points out that if he believes in the Norse myth, why not Akuma as well? Allen continues by warning them not to try to resurrect the dead, but the father becomes angry. He screams that they do not know anything. Not wanting to cause more trouble, the two exorcists decides to leave and head out to the forest. Believing they are hiding some information, Elda's father wants to follow them.

Meanwhile, Road is bored out of her mind since Lero is with Skin who is searching for an Innocence. She bugs Tyki by asking him to play with her. He simply refuses and tells her that he wants to read in peace. Skin, who is in the same area as Allen and company, is beating up three Akuma for not finding the Innocence. While this is happening, Allen and Lavi find themselves stuck in the snowstorm again. Since Elda and her father are following them, they have no choice but to find shelter. After digging a large hole to protect themselves from the cold, they rest and wait until the storm is over. Elda's father is not pleased with the situation, but Allen reminds him that he was the one following them. Seeing how well-prepared Elda is compared to them, Lavi praises her. Because they do not have any blanket, he suggests that Allen and he should embrace each other to keep warm, but Allen just gives him a dismayed look.

The next morning, Elda wakes up to see the two exorcists preparing to leave. She urges them to leave before her father wakes up and apologizes for his rude behavior toward them. Even though she does not believe that the Leaf exists, she will follow her father wherever he goes. Her father hopes to use the Leaf to bring her younger brother, Jacob, who died in a house fire, back to life. By the time she finished her story, her father wakes up so they begin their journey again. Skiing for awhile, they are approached by three villagers, who claim that they are lost and ask for their help. However, Allen uses his left eye and discovers that they are actually Akuma. Since their identities were blown, the Akuma change into their true forms and immediately attack the group. Allen and Lavi struggle due to the Akuma's tactic of quick attacks and trying to protect Elda and her father. When all seems to be lost, Kanda appears and uses Kaichū: Ichigen (First Illusion: Hell's Insects) so the Akuma retreat. With the enemies gone, Lavi checks on Allen who has fallen during the battle. Allen opens his eyes but immediately falls unconscious again.
