Tom O'Sullivan is an Irish Gaelic football player from County Kerry. He is a Garda Síochána by profession and plays his club football for Rathmore.

Tom won two allstar for his performances in Kerrys all-Ireland winning years 2000 and 2004 and again in 2005. He has won the all-ireland with Kerry on three occasions in 2000, 2004 and 2006. He also won an U21 all-Ireland in 1998 and also picked up two national football league division one medals for Kerry in the two all-Ireland winning years of 2004 and 2006.
