Tyson Jay Ritter (born April 24, 1984) is the lead singer and bassist of The All-American Rejects. He was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Ritter resides in Destin, Florida.[1] His fellow band mates, Mike Kennerty and Chris Gaylor, still reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Stillwater High School a year early to begin recording, later returning to graduate with the rest of his class. He owns his own clothing line, entitled "Butter the clothes" Ritter and his fellow "Rejects" performed at the 2006 MTV VMA's with "Move Along". The same night, they won the Moonman award for "Best Group Video" for Move Along. They placed number 15 on VH1's "Top Music Videos of 2006." Also in 2006, they came out with their hit single, "It Ends Tonight," placing number 11 on billboard.com.
