U.S. Highway 441 is a spur route of US Highway 41. It currently runs for 939 miles (1,511 km) from Lake City, Tennessee at US Highway 25W, to Miami, Florida. It passes through the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Some of the cities along it are Knoxville, Franklin, Athens, Gainesville, Ocala, Orlando and Miami. It also crosses the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where it meets the southwestern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and where no trucks or other commercial traffic are allowed.
In Florida, where signs for U.S. Highways formerly had different colors for each highway (until the state was forced by the federal government to conform to standards that required consistent black-and-white signs), the "shield" for US 441 was brown.

US 441 is mentioned in Tom Petty's song "American Girl". Petty grew up in Gainesville, Florida, and 441 runs through the middle of town bordering the east side of the University of Florida. The lyrics state:

- Out on 441 like waves crashin' on the beach"
US 441 is also mentioned in Corey Smith (musician)'s song "It's Over." He's from Jefferson, Georgia (near Athens, Georgia). Smith went to the University of Georgia. Highway 441 runs through Athens.
