Vinny Arkins (born 18 September 1970) is an Irish footballer currently playing with St Patrick's Athletic FC in the eircom League of Ireland. He was born in Dublin.
A tall, skilful striker and prolific goalscorer with 248 goals in all competitions during his 9-year spell with Portadown, he scored 49 League goals during his spells with Shamrock Rovers (where he won the Player of the Year award in his first season 1989/90) and Shelbourne, so his goals with Bohemian F.C. last season took him to the 300 mark. He was an Irish League winner with Portadown in 2001/02.
His other former clubs include Home Farm, Dundee United, St Johnstone, and Notts County. He won representative honours with the League of Ireland and the Irish League, as well as eight Ireland U21, 4 schoolboy and 3 youth caps.
He joined St Pats in February 2006.
