Hey there! As you can see my nickname is wakachamo, and for now, a Wikipedia newbie. It's been very long since I first knew about the WikiMedia foundation.
[edit] What Made Me Join?
Ever since I have been interested in it, and it has been the source for basically around 60% of everything I know. The fact that it is a widespread and multilingual Wiki Encyclopedia/Dictionary/Text Books source etc. has intrigued me.
As for now, my only edits were either about Saint Julian's School, or gaming-related articles but I most certainly hope to find an article that still hasn't been written. I do understand the importance of grammar and spelling, and believe me, I do my best at it.
[edit] What Do I Do For A Living? (That is, if I do anything o_0)
Some of my biggest interests are - I admit - Nintendo, basically, and am a proud supporter of the upcoming Wii. Nonetheless, out of the virtual world, my interests (as many) are many of a kind ball sports, and photography. (See my DeviantArt information below). I'm a student at St. Julian's School, currently at year 9, almost ready to start getting prepared for my GCSE's...!
[edit] Who The Heck Am I Anyways?
I was born in Portugal, and lived there all my life. Thanks to the English school I have, my English-speaking capabilities have gone to the point of being able to travel to New York (occasionally, mostly every summer), with no trouble...! I'm a native Portuguese speaker and have been studying in English all my life, although I also know bits of French and Spanish. I currently am learning Japanese, but please don't speak to me in that language, I beg you, because I can still hardly understand a thing!
I'm looking forward to staying here at Wikipedia, and (no matter how ridiculous this may sound... heheh) at least try to make it a better place. ;)
[edit] What type of editing, and what I'm most comfortable with
Ever since I discovered Wikipedia, I've been using it to research on many different subjects, many times with no relation whatsoever. But when it comes to editing, the only topics I really am confident in editing are not only ICT-related articles, (especially Apple Computer Inc.), but also various gaming topics, most of all related to Nintendo. The reason as to why I chose Nintendo was that somehow I started following its tracks, and am a supporter of Nintendo's current mission - to break the wall between gamers and non-gamers.

As I said before, I'm most comfortable with Nintendo-related topics, including currently released games, and upcoming hardware. I also usually correct Mario games, such as New Super Mario Bros (slightly edited warp cannon information), Super Mario Sunshine (I usually pay attention to character and boss appearances), as well as the Wii, including correcting dates, and game information.
