Wu Kai Sha (Chinese: 烏溪沙站) is the northeastern terminus on the KCR Ma On Shan Rail. The railway station is located near Sha On Street and serves residential areas like Lee On Estate or Kam Lung Court; it also serves the well-known Li Po Chun United World College and various other secondary and primary schools.

There is a bus terminus associated with the railway station, providing the interchange between the KCR Ma On Shan Rail and the following bus routes:

40X to Kwai Chung Estate
89D to Lam Tin MTR Station
99 to Sai Kung
274P to Tai Po Industrial Estate (single-way morning service)

The nearby Lee On Estate bus terminus also provides interchange between the Ma On Shan Rail and the following bus routes:
