.cl is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Chile. It is administered by the Universidad de Chile. Registration of second-level domains under this TLD is open anyone, however, foreign registrants must provide domestic contact with a nation RUT number (similar to the U.S. Social Security number).
Registration of names including accented letters was opened up in 2005. (See Internationalized domain name.)
