Blairmore Suburban Development Area (SDA) is an area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada). It is a part of the west side community of Saskatoon. It lies (generally) north of the outskirts of the City and the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344, west of down town Saskatoon, and the Core Neighbourhoods SDA, south of the North West Industrial SDA, and west of the Confederation SDA.

- Blairmore Civic Centre due to open Fall 2008 which will consist of a 50 meter swimming pool.[3]

- Approximately 315,000 square feet of retail to be constructed in Blairmore SDA [4]

22nd Street (Highway 14) is a major throroughfare through Saskatoon Highway 14 connects with Asquith, Biggar Wilkie, Unity, and Macklin enroute to Alberta.
Saskatchewan Highway 7 is undergoing re-alignment to accomodate the construction process needed for this SDA.
