Alberta provincial highway 37 is an east-west highway located in central Alberta extending from the town of Onoway to the west of Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan to the northeast of Edmonton.

The highway begins 3 km west of Onoway where it leaves Highway 43 and parallels it east for 1.5 km before Highway 43 turns south.

- 11 km - Highway 779 branches off to the south
- 13 km - Passes by the hamlet of Calahoo on the south
- 22 km - Highway 44 branches off to the south
- 33 km - Crosses Highway 2
- 43 km - Crosses Highway 28
- 50 km - Highway 28A branches off to the north
- 53 km - Crosses Highway 825
- 54 km - Meets Highway 15 and Highway 21 where it ends about 2 km west of Fort Saskatchewan
