Alberta provincial highway 88

Alberta provincial highway 88 (also named Bicentennial Highway) is a north-south highway located in northern Alberta extending from the town of Slave Lake in the south, through Fort Vermilion, where it crosses the Slave River, then intersecting Highway 58 56 km east of High Level.
It was labeled as Bicentennial Highway in 1988, celebrating the 200 years history of Fort Vermilion, the first European settlement in Alberta.
The length of the highway is 427 km from Slave Lake to Highway 58.
