The AT&T Corporate Center is the 4th tallest skyscraper in Chicago and 8th tallest in the United States at 1,007 ft (307 m) with 60 floors. Completed in 1989, it sits next to the Sears Tower in downtown Chicago.
The AT&T Corporate Center, named after AT&T, is one of the most famous and recognized buildings in Chicago. The elevator banks are spanned by series of flamboyant neo-deco light bands extending from one wall to the other.
Its world-famous lobby extends all the way through the block, with a giant entrance hall at Monroe Street and a full-height atrium in the link between the AT&T and USG towers, and both towers share a common appearance. The lobby is one of the most lavish and sumptuous in Chicago, decorated with patterned marble floors and walls, and featuring stylized lighting fixtures.
The AT&T Corporate Center was designed by Adrian D. Smith, FAIA, RIBA Design Partner at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP.
The official address of AT&T Corporate Center is: 227 West Monroe Street, Chicago, IL 60606
