One Island East

One Island East (Chinese: 港島東中心) is a supertall skyscraper that is currently under construction in Taikoo Place in Island East, Hong Kong. The skyscraper is a commercial office building that will rise 308 m (1,011 feet) and have 70 stories habitable space. There will be a sky lobby on the 37 and 38 floors. When completed in March of 2008, the building will be the 6th skyscraper over 1,000 ft. (305 m) completed in Hong Kong. The building resembles a little to the future tallest building in Hong Kong. Currently, the concrete core of the building is around 37 stories high.
