Trump International Hotel and Tower (Toronto)

Trump International Hotel & Tower, Toronto is a planned mixed-use skyscraper being built by and named for famed real estate developer Donald Trump in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The tower would be located at the heart of the financial district, at 311 Bay Street, on the southeast corner of Bay and Adelaide. A groundbreaking is set for spring with construction starting in the summer of 2007 with completion scheduled for 2010.

The 70-storey Trump International Hotel & Tower will be 325 metres (1,066 feet). [1] The exterior will consist of a steel, glass, and stone facade. The building will include 260 luxury hotel rooms and 109 condominiums. The top two floors will include a world class 18,000 square foot (1,700 m²) spa. It is being built by Zeidler Roberts Partnership. If built, the Trump Tower would be the tallest residential building in Canada.
Residential suites start at 2,226 square feet (207 m²). They have been designed with upscale fixtures and 11 to 13 foot (3.4 to 4 m) ceilings. To ensure privacy of the residents, there will be a maximum of four suites per floor. Furthermore, residents will have a separate entrance and elevators from hotel guests.
There are plans to connect the building to Toronto's underground PATH network.

When the tower is completed, if the school zoning boundaries stay the same, the tower will be assigned to the following schools:
- Toronto District School Board: Market Lane Public School (Kindergarten through 8th Grade) and Jarvis Collegiate Institute
- Technical school: Central Technical School
- Commercial school: Central Commerce Collegiate Institute or Northern Secondary School (Residents may attend either school)
