Blackstrap is a federal electoral district in Saskatchewan, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1997.

The riding includes the southeast quadrant of Saskatoon and extends south to Elbow southeast to Bladworth and east to Jansen.

The electoral district was created in 1996 from Mackenzie, Moose Jaw—Lake Centre, Saskatoon—Dundurn and Saskatoon—Humboldt ridings.

Its Member of Parliament is Lynne Yelich, a former administrator and executive assistant. She was first elected in 2000. She represents the Conservative Party of Canada. She is the Conservative critic for Families and Caregivers and the Status of Women. In the last parliamentary session she served as a member of the 'Standing Committee on the Status of Women'.
