Red Deer is a federal electoral district in Alberta, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1908.

This riding was created in 1907 from Calgary and Strathcona ridings.
The constituency has been consistently reduced in geographic size over the years due to the continued growth of Red Deer, Alberta. In 2003, about 20% of the district was transferred to the Wetaskiwin riding.

- 1958-1962: Harris Rogers - Progressive Conservative
- 1962-1972: Robert N. Thompson - Social Credit (1962-1968), Progressive Conservative (1968-1972)
- 1972-1988: Gordon Towers - Progressive Conservative
- 1988-1993: Doug Fee - Progressive Conservative
- 1993-present: Bob Mills - Reform (1993-2000), Canadian Alliance (2000-2003), Conservative (2003-present)

Its Member of Parliament is Bob Mills, a former travel agent. He was first elected in 1993. He represents the Conservative Party of Canada. He chair of the House of Commons' environment committee. In the last parliamentary session he served as a member on the 'Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development'.
