[edit] History
Sendaro's life can be summed up to one woman: Immortal Grace Chandel. They met in Paris in 1840 and fell in love with each other. Sendaro invited Grace to come with him to live in his rubber plantation in the Amazonian forests in Brazil. Before leaving, Grace introduced him to fellow Immortal Duncan MacLeod, and old passion of Grace's. In that moment, while not apparent to Grace, Sendaro started to show the first signs of his possessive behaviour towards Grace. Knowing how Grace had felt for Duncan, Sendaro hated MacLeod. Even though Sendaro did not declare it expressly Duncan felt the animosity and expressed his concern to Grace about Sendaro's real nature. Nevertheless, Grace went with Sendaro to the Amazon. There Grace discovered his true nature. Although he always treated her well, he terrorized the local villagers, demanding to be treated like a god. After a century living with him, Grace left Sendaro to restart her life. Sendaro, however couldn't deal with that and, obsessed with Grace, he started to stalk her around the globe. She finally found some peace in Paris where she fell in love with mortal scientist Paul Warren. However, in 1993, Sendaro found Grace and decided to kill her lover. After killing him and blindly believing Grace would come back to him now that she was available again, he decided to face her. He found out that Grace had sought help from Darius and MacLeod. After unsuccessfully trying to kidnap her one first time (thanks to MacLeod) he did it again and lured Maceod to face him in a train tunnel. During the fight, his sword touch one of the train rails and, due to the fact that a train was approaching he got electrocuted. The train would cut his head and Duncan would receive his Quickening.
