Delinked is an Internet Relay Chat network, founded in early 2003 on the premise of providing users with a unique chatting experience, free of the abuse from users and network operators often found on other networks.
The network is equipped for SSL-encrypted connections on port 9999.

Delinked makes use of the Anope package of IRC services.
- NickServ: Nickname service bot, used to register and protect user nicknames.
- ChanServ: Channel service bot, used for channel management.
- MemoServ: Memo service bot, used deliver messages to users regardless of their online status.
