ZiRC
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
ZiRC is a medium-sized IRC network, used for discussion of gaming, anime, and various other things. It has roughly 3,000 users online at any given moment.
ZiRC began operation as a private network, and opened to the public on 21 March 2001.[1] Some of its regular users form an officially recognized User Committee which handles complaints about network operators.[2]
ZiRC bans AOL users due to AOL's lack of assistance with vandals and spammers on their network.[3]
