[edit] Digimon in the game
I own the US version of the game, and I realized the Digivice says there's only 259 Digimon when you see how many you've found. But on the page, it says there's approxiamatly 300. Is this wrong, or are there really more?
- The list currently has 261 Digimon not counting variations of MegaKabuterimon, Cherubimon, Creepymon (Daemon/Demon), and Ghoulmon which would make the list 265. I don't own the game, does the Digivice include non-playable digimon like ClavisAngemon, Chronomon Destroyer Mode, Kimeramon, etc.? Nightmare SE 18:18, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- No, it's only for Digimon that fight you. And since all Digimon that can fight you are obtainable...yeah....
- Is Zurumon in the game, and if so, does anyone know what line of digimon it comes from? Gizamon can't degenerate into anything, and Raremon comes form Otamamon.
- Zurumon is indeed in the game, and I think is degenerated from Angewomon.
- Would Chuumon be included in the list? Even though he isn't named throughout the course of the game, he shows up attached to both Sukamon and Platinum Sukamon in their pictures. And as an addendum, Mercurimon appears as the Statue that gives Beast Digimon on the farm a +15 growth rate. Lanate 19:01, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Digimon 5
I didn't want to add this since it was merely speculation, and I have no evidence to back it up, but many places like GameFAQs and Gamespot are reporting another Digimon game for the DS called Digimon 5. So far, this game has no known information other than a release date of October 2006, and is only scheduled for release in North America; since Digimon originates in Japan, it's possible that Digimon 5 is the American name for Digimon Story. Having a game so close to release with no information seems suspicious to me, unless it was just a name change and wasn't properly linked to the Japanese game. Is it worth noting, or not? -- VederJuda 17:54, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
- It'll be something to watch out for, but no, if we can't verify it, then it shouldn't be added to the article. -- Ned Scott 06:16, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

- Looks like someone posted it anyway. -- VederJuda 22:42, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Reactions
I added a reactions section. So far, I've only quoted review sites, but the section is open to fan speculation and general complaints among the Digimon community, if anyone would like to contribute.

Is that really relevant Info ?
[edit] This doesn't make sense
in one section it reads:
Zudomon digivolves into Vikemon (because Shakkoumon is absent in this game) instead of Plesiomon. Instead, Whamon digivolves into him.
What does Shakkoumon have anything to do with it. It digivovles from ankylomon... CMIIW, but it doesn't make sense!!!!!! Lord GaleVII 00:02, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- Vikemon is the mega form of the Armadillomon line, while Shakkoumon is the ultimate form of the Armadillomon line. Nightmare SE 02:56, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- As i, a great fan of digimon, got confused by this, it should be revised(even if it's longer)so it is not so confusing here is a suggestion- Zudomon digivolves into Vikemon, instead of Plesiomon,(As Vikemon's previous form, Shakkoumon, is absent from the game). Instead, Whamon digivolves into Plesiomon.
I'm going to change it, but if you think the original confusing way is better, change it back. :-) Lord GaleVII 22:09, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Upcoming article reorganization
Since the majority of Digimon articles are about to be radically changed to focus on the characters of the anime rather than the species, it seems the entire "Digimon known to be included" section of this article will have to be redone, although the most obvious change would probably be to simply drop the links. —Typhlosion 15:56, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Europe
Does anyone know if this game will be released in Europe and if it is when?
