I know it was too opinionated. They weren't a list of E-Feds, but every single community and resource site I know of. That way, people could go to to learn more about the hobby and possibly get a start. It wasn't a biased list.

That's why I stated:

E-Wrestling is an a poor state because of internal bickering. Stop trying to step over each other. Progress together.

Hi again Esperanzians! Well, since our last frolic in the realms of news, the Advisory Council has met twice more (see WP:ESP/ACM2 and WP:ESP/ACM3). As a result, the charter has been ammended twice (see here for details) and all of the shortcuts have been standardised (see the summary for more details). Also of note is the Valentines ball that will take place in the Esperanza IRC channel on the 14th of February (tomorrow). It will start at 6pm UTC and go on until everyone's had enough! I hope to see you all there! Also, the spamlist has been dissolved - all Esperanzians will now recieve this update "newsletter".

The other major notice I need to tell you about is the upcoming Esperanza Advisory Council Elections. These will take place from 12:00 UTC on February 20th to 11:59 UTC on February 27th. The official handing-over will take place the following day. Candidates are able to volunteer any time before the 20th, so long as they are already listed on the members list. Anyone currently listed on the memberlist can vote. In a change since last time, if you have already been a member of the leadership, you may run again. Due to the neutrality precident, I will not vote for anyone.

I think the mysterious fourth album would be Kaua Veel. I added to the article what I know about the album, which I know only from a couple of tracks, including "Kaua veel", which is the Estonian version of "Candle". Hi, I guess you are a new admin and can use some hints.

There is a drawback of blocking feature: if several admins block a guy, thye shortest block actiually works. So always check block log before long-blocking a serious vandal and deblock first, then reblock.

Also, please read the WP:BP for standard blocking comments for some blocks.

For example, please look into block log of 59.26.117.103 (talk • contribs • page moves • block user • block log) here, where I and guanaco simultaneously reblocked this anon.

Hello Esteffect!

I've seen that you deleted article that I wrote, Ivan Cherevko. I was surprised that there was already page on that topic before I came to Wikipedia, but it really was. If you know, Wikipedia policy for speedy deleting pages states that recreated articles can be deleted only if they are exact copies of old article. I'm sure that whatever article it was before, it isn't identical, because I wrote mine from scratch. BTW, that person only appeared in media in late 2005, so I doubt that previous article was even about the same person.

Well, I think that this page should be restored, because Wikipedia articles about Ombudsmans are scarce enough, and I just don't have information about many others to replenish this loss. So, I urge you to undelete this article.

And, FYI, I'm not sockpuppet - I've have contributed in Wikipedia for a while, with plenty of edits, and I've edited only by that account.

Perhaps the same, but personally I don't see any problem with the article - maybe we should at least AfD for it? Anyway it was completely different article by another author then, so we should judge article that I've submitted and its worth, not history of great troll deeds. Hi Esteffect, I just read your comment on the Arbitration for Darren Ray and Ben Cass. I must say that I am very confused by what is going on. Darren and I have been emailing each other over the last month. I have also had a bit to do with Ben Cass and I am reasonably certain that they are two different people. I noticed that David Gerard has since conceded that they are two separate people, yet Ben's userpage is still tagged as a sockpuppet of Darren Ray and the block log says Ben is blocked indefinitely because he is Darren's sock. Surely if the checkuser people now say they are different people, Ben should be unblocked? I realize it's been exactly one month, but I need to apologize for forgetting to answer properly. ;) Were you wanting to know what the Estonian word "juustuburger" means? If so, you should've been a bit more explicit - but, it plainly means "cheeseburger" ("juustu" being the genitive aka the possessive case of "juust", "cheese". Helloe Esteffect. You have made the subcategory Category:Eurovision Song Contest entrants of Estonia, which is probably a good idea to split the category into subcategories, as it is getting too big. I was going to post it to WP:EURO, but a firsthand inquiry here might be good. I think this subcategory should be extended to all the participating countries. I think the naming is a bit ambiguous because the supercategory is "contestants" so the subcategory should also use "contestants"? And the of Estonia, I think it would be clearer as "for Estonia", because you don't have to be of a particular country to compete for it - Vanilla Ninja could be thought to be "of Estonia" when they actually competed for Switzerland. Also, you might be interested to know that I've made a start on Portal:Eurovision, and Vanilla Ninja is the featured artist there. Well I wouldn't particularly mind, except that it's called the Eurovision Song Contest, and would feel a little inconsistent if you used "entrants". What do think about using "for" instead of using "of"? I think it could be an idea to also break it into "Eurovision contestants by year xxxx". This seems to be used in events which repeat on a regular basis, like the Olympics. Another thing, it seems to be alright to use screenshots of Eurovision people? Is this (digital camera snaps of the TV) prohibited for copyright, or do you mean the resulting pictures would be of bad quality? If you still have footage of Congratulations (Eurovision) and can do the screenshots, then I won't bother with my digital camera. The digital camera is difficult to get a good picture but it is comparable to the screenshot if you try about 15 snaps for each thing you want (depending if the person stands relatively still for a while). The Congratulations concert is important though, because there is footage from probably at least 50-80 different performances down the years, in montages . As you may have gathered, discussions have been raging for about a week on the Esperanza talk page as to the future direction of Esperanza. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter.

As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections.

If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Mattéo Zecchini, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Mattéo Zecchini. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Thanks for uploading Image:Rammstein.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
