11:00AM-12:00PM is the sixth episode of Season 6 of the drama series 24.

At the beginning of the episode, Wayne Palmer is finishing giving his speech about the nuclear explosion. Karen Hayes later confronts Tom Lennox about the unauthorized detention centers, but he claims he's just preparing them in case the President authorizes them. Lennox then talks to his deputy chief of staff, Reed Pollock and asks him to get rid of Hayes. Meanwhile at CTU Nadia Yassir complains to Bill Buchanan that she is being slowed down because of racial profiling. However, Bill tells her to keep working until he sorts things out.

Back at Graem's mansion, Jack suffocates Graem and asks him the whereabouts of their dad Philip. Graem first denies his knowledge of where Philip was. When Jack threatens to torture him again, Graem admits that BXJ is connected to the nuclear detonation earlier and Philip went to try to clean things up by staking out McCarthy's office. Jack then unties Graem and forces him to McCarthy's office. When he is in the car, he asks Bill at CTU to send two tactical teams to met him at McCarthy's. Meanwhile, McCarthy, still in his car, informs Fayed that he hasn't found a person to reprogram the suitcase nuke yet.

In CTU, Milo is concerned with the pace Nadia is working and talks to Bill. Bill initially covered the racial profiling, but when Milo insists, he tells him about it. Bill then calls Karen to inform her about racial profiling. She blames Tom for working behind the President's back. Back in the detention facility, Walid is continuing to spy for the FBI about the bomb. It is revealed that one of the men has smuggled a cell phone into the facility and is believed to have contacts with the terrorists. FBI then wants Walid to steal the cell phone so that they can put a trace. Walid successfully steals it and places the trace. The FBI then tells him to put it back. Meanwhile, Reed, the deputy chief of staff, brings Tom a list of names that will implicate Karen. Tom then approaches Karen and asks her to resign because she covered for Bill's incompetence.

When Jack arrives at McCarthy's office, he breaks into the vacant office and he checks the computer. CTU tactical teams also arrive at the same time. Jack, still in the office, suddenly hears a noise. He then cuffs Graem to a bookshelf and investigates. When he goes into a storage room, he is confronted by two men. Philip appears and stops the guard from killing Jack. Jack chides Philip for failing to alert authorities about the bomb. Jack then tries to call CTU, but Philip stops him and asks Jack to let them handle it. Moments later, Philip gives in and lets Jack call CTU. Graem then nods to the two guards and holds both Jack and Philip at gunpoint. Graem then takes Jack's phone and forces both out of the office building. It turns out that Graem had the CTU tactical teams killed outside as Graem forces them in a van.

Back in the detention facility, the man who has the cell phone discovers the cell phone is gone and suspects Walid. He and his people search him and find the phone. When they begin beating Walid, FBI agents and Sandra rush in to break up the fight. In Washington D.C., Karen tells the President she resigns. The President initially declines, but accepts after she insists. Karen does however request to be transferred back to CTU L.A. Reed sees what happens and informs Tom that Karen is out. McCarthy, now at a hotel room, calls Fayed and tells him he has found a programmer for the nuke.
