Bugojno (Cyrillic: Бугојно) is a town and municipality of the same name in central Bosnia and Herzegovina on the river Vrbas. It is located in the Central Bosnia Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity. The town is 80 km to the northwest from Sarajevo, with some 61,000 inhabitants.

It used to be one of industrial centers of the former Yugoslavia with highy developed industry, but most of it was destroyed during the Bosnian war. The town is multi-ethnic, and many refugees are now returning to the town, though unemployment is high. The Koprivnica forest lies to the west of the town.

In 1991 census, the municipality of Bugojno had 46,843 inhabitants, including:
- 19,724 Muslims by nationality (Bosniaks)
- 15,963 Croats
- 8,854 Serbs
- 1,539 Yugoslavs

Croats made majority in Crnice, Gaj, Gorica, Lug, Vrbanja and Vucipolje, Centar had a same percentage of Bosniaks and Croats, Bosniak had majority in Vrbas, and Serbs in Novo Naselje and Cipuljic.
