MTV Networks Latin America

MTV Networks Latin America is a subsidiary of Viacom-owned MTV Networks, with operational headquarters in Miami, FL, USA. As being based in the United States, all MTVNLA channels are regulated by the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. broadcast regulator, despite not transmitting for the United States. The following channels are:
- MTV Latin America
- Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite/Nick Jr. Latin America
- Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite/Nick Jr. Brazil
- VH1 Latin America
MTVNLA also distributes these networks from MTV Networks USA in the region:
The company has regional offices in:
- Buenos Aires
- Mexico City
- São Paulo (Nickelodeon/VH1 only)
MTVNLA, through its Brazilian subsidiary, Viacom Networks Brasil, holds a 30% stake in MTV Brasil, which is operated independently from MTVNLA.
MTV Puerto Rico is owned by LIN TV (which recently announced the sale of the station and its sister, WAPA-TV), under license by MTV Networks USA.
