Gユニット（G-Unit）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーククイーンズで結成されたヒップホップ音楽ユニット。

50セントを中心にロイド・バンクス（Lloyd Banks）、トニー・イェイヨ（Tony Yayo）3人で結成された。ゴリラ・ユニット（Gorilla-Unit）の略。トラックメイカーのシャー・マニー・XL（Sha Money XL）らも含まれる。ギャングスタラップを特徴とする。

2003年にドクター・ドレーやエミネムなどをプロデューサーに迎えた1stアルバム「Beg for Mercy」をリリース。

現在50セントをCEOとするInterscope Record傘下のG-Unit Recordを設立している。

音楽活動以外の活動にG-Unit ClothingというファッションブランドとReebokと提携したG-Unit Collectionを発表している。また、G-UnitがThe Gameとのビーフ時に立ち上げた募金団体The G-Unity Foundationや、近年ではコンドームブランド、50セント個人は俳優業、自伝出版、そしてG-Unit Booksなどの書籍出版のビジネスを展開をしている。
