New York State Route 174 is a north-south New York State Route located within Onondaga County. Its northern terminus is located at a junction with NY-5 in the village of Camillus. The southern terminus is located at a junction with NY-41 in the hamlet of Borodino, within the town of Spafford.
It starts near the eastern shore of Skaneateles Lake, then runs along the northwestern shore of Otisco Lake. From there, it runs north along Nine Mile Creek through the town of Marcellus. After briefly joining with US-20, NY-174 continues northward, criss-crossing with NY-175 just south of the village of Marcellus. It continues to follow Nine Mile Creek through the village and into the town of Camillus, and then comes its end at a junction with NY-5 in the village of Camillus.
