One Tree Hill er en amerikansk TV-serie. I Norge går serien på TVNorge. Serien retter seg mot ungdommer og tematikken dreier seg hovedsakelig rundt romantikk og ungdomsproblemer.

I serien møter vi de to halvbrødrene Lucas og Nathan Scott, sammen har de faren Dan Scott. Lucas mor heter Karen Roe, og Nathans mor heter Deb Scott. Vi møter også Brooke Davis, Peyton Sawyer, Mouth McFadden, Coach Withey Durham, Keith Scott og Haley James Scott.

Serien har kommet med 3 sesonger nå og er høsten 2006 inne i sin 4. sesong.
