Pierrefitte-sur-Seine is served by Pierrefitte – Stains station on Paris RER line D.
The south of the commune, where the National Archives of France are due to relocate by 2009, is served by Saint-Denis – Université station on Paris Métro Line 13. This station lies at the border between the commune of Pierrefitte-sur-Seine and the commune of Saint-Denis, on the Saint-Denis side of the border.
