アメージング・レース11 (The Amazing Race: All-Stars)は、2007年2月18日からアメリカ合衆国・CBSで放送されているアメージング・レースのシーズン11である。

今シーズンは、2006年夏に出演者決定を決める予定だったが、9月28日になって、出演者が決まった。CBSは11月20日から12月下旬まで収録が行われ、2007年2月から放送されると正式に発表された。今回はサバイバー:オールスターズと同様、過去10シーズンで最も活躍した11組が参加した。
スタートはフロリダ州マイアミからはじまり、アルゼンチンのウシュアイアを経由し、南に向かっていると思われている。
なお、初回プレミア放送は2月の特番（第41回スーパーボウル・グラミー賞）が終わる2月18日と発表した。
