Das Groezrock-Festival ist ein jährlich stattfindendes Musikfestival in Gestel (Meerhout), Belgien. Es findet für gewöhnlich am letzten Wochenende im April statt. Es fand zum ersten Mal 1992 als ein kleines Rock- und Pop-Festival mit etwa 400 Besuchern statt, seit 1997 wuchsen die Besucherzahlen jedoch bis auf 15.000 Personen. Seit 2003 gibt es zwei Zelte mit jeweils einer Bühne, eine "Mainstage" und eine "Back-to-Basics-Stage", auf welcher vorzugsweise nur Hardcore orientierte Bands spielen. Im Jahre 2006 feierte das Festival seinen 15. Geburtstag und findet seitdem an zwei Tagen statt. Die Besucherzahlen beliefen sich in diesem Jahr auf ca. 10.000.
