Fairview Mall is one of two malls in St. Catharines, Ontario. While smaller and less popular than the The Pen Centre, it was the city's first enclosed mall when it opened on April 16, 1961. Since then it has undergone many significant renovations, which added floorspace and a modern facade over the years. It continues to serve the area with over 60 shops and Niagara Region's only Chapters bookstore.
The Fairview once featured a 9-screen Cineplex Odeon movie theatre, but it was closed in January 2007 to be replaced by a Winners and Homesense store, among others. This leaves the city with one 8-screen theatre, located at The Pen Centre.
